Michael is Founder & CEO of SBS Advisors. Michael has over 20 years of experience providing Merger & Acquisition Services for both buyers and sellers of businesses. He has completed transactions in the technology sector, healthcare sector, financial services, business services, manufacturing, construction, specialty trades, as well as the retail and distribution sectors. Michael is known for his ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. He is also known for the long term relationships he develops with clients, employees, and other professionals. Michael has a strong entrepreneurial back ground establishing three businesses. Michael has extensive, sales, marketing, and business development experience with companies of all sizes – ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 Companies.

Michael received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic & State University. He also received a MBA from Loyola University from the college’s Executive MBA program. Michael is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Societies.
